Crossgar is a small vilage on the main southern route from Belfast to Downpatrick and on the east-west route from Ballynahinch to Killyleagh. We believe that our village is the centre of the universe, but we understand that there may be a few who will require directions for their first visit.
From Belfast
Travel south to Carryduff
Branch left and travel five miles to Saintfield
Go directly through Saintfield and travel a further five miles to arrive in Crossgar.
From Downpatrick
Travel north (towards Belfast) for five miles to arrive in Crossgar
From Ballynahinch
From the southern side of the town (adjacent to the bus station) follow the signs and travel east for about six miles to arrive in Crossgar.
From Killyleagh
Follow the road alongside Killyleagh Castle and the alphabet trees (count them). Turn left following the signs and travel west for about five miles to arrive in Crossgar.
Arriving in Crossgar
From the roundabout on the main Belfast/Downpatrick road travel east for 300 yards (towards Killyleagh), turn right into William Street, travel for about 200 yards to arrive in The Square and Lissara Presbyterian Church is on your right.
Parking is available at kerbside and there are a good number of parking bays in The Square, directly opposite the church.
We look forward to seeing you!
