About Worship
Each Sunday we meet to worship God at 11:30am and 6:30pm. To help you get an idea of what to expect have a look below.
What should I wear?
Our congregation is made up of all ages. Some wear their “Sunday best”, others prefer something more casual. Ultimately it doesn’t matter. You’ll be welcome no matter what you choose to wear.
Do I need a Bible?
There are Bibles on the table in the vestibule and they are there for the use of any visitors. If you do have you're own bring it with you and bring a notebook and a pen at the same time to make some notes from the sermon. You can also follow along using your smartphone or tablet.
Where can I park?
Opposite the meetinghouse is a free public carpark, for those with mobility issues we have three spaces reserved at the front of the Church.
Can I bring young children?
Absolutely! We are a church family of different generations, a covenant family in the promises of God. It means we believe that our children are part of us and worship is just as much for them. So we worship together, coming as God has called us together young and old (see 2 Chr 20:13, Joel 2:16, Matt 19:14). For parents, please don’t worry if your child makes a noise, if there are tears, if there is rustling of crisp packets, it does us all good to be reminded that they are part of our family here. So be relaxed, we all are, and bring some snacks, drinks, toys or whatever you think will help. Our minister even talks to and asks questions to the boys and girls during the sermon so tell them to be ready for that.
